Student development tutorial system

Since 2020, the student development mentor system has been implemented, and outstanding teachers and administrators have been selected as students' development mentors. Each mentor is a guide for new students' study, life and career planning。Through regular class meetings, seminars and one-on-one counseling, we help freshmen to clarify their learning goals, develop personalized career plans, listen to their troubles, give guidance, give all-round care in psychology and life, and build an intimate relationship between teachers and students。
Peer counselor system

Select and employ outstanding senior students as peer counselors to provide guidance and help for freshmen with personal experience, promote their rapid integration and adaptation to college life, provide emotional support for freshmen, and build a communication platform between freshmen and the school。Build a peer exchange platform, through training, activities, seminars, etc., communicate with each other, grow each other, optimize work, so that freshmen feel warmth and strength in the collective。
