The Humanities and Social Sciences Research Project of the Ministry of Education is a high-level longitudinal research project set up by the Ministry of Education for ordinary colleges and universities across the country. It attaches equal importance to basic research and applied research, plays an important demonstration and guiding role, and is one of the important indicators to measure the level of humanities and social sciences research in universities and colleges。

From the perspective of cognitive linguistics, the study will carry out metaphorical recognition of college students' employment discourse, dig deep into the factors that affect college students' high-quality employment, guide individuals to have a correct understanding, and explore effective ways to improve individual employability。This study will also make up for the lack of quantitative data and international comparative analysis in current employability studies, and provide references for other relevant studies。
