Fang Haiyun，Chief nurse，Member of geriatric Nursing Professional Committee, Chinese Nursing Association，Guangdong Nursing Society for the elderly home Internet nursing group leader，Chairman of the geriatric home Nursing Professional Committee of Guangdong Nursing Society，Chairman of the 7th and 8th senile Nursing Professional Committee of Guangdong Nursing Society，Deputy Chairman of Guangdong Nursing Standards Committee，Editorial Board, Journal of Nursing Administration。In 1981, he graduated from the Health School of Sun Yat-sen Medical College, Sun Yat-sen Medical University and Huazhong University of Science and Technology。He has been engaged in clinical nursing for 40 years, and has successively served as surgical nurse, district head nurse, Department head nurse, and deputy director of Nursing Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University. He is now the dean of Nursing and Health School of Guangzhou Nanfang University。

Dean Fang Haiyun is mainly engaged in the research of geriatric nursing, nursing interpersonal communication and nursing management, and is the founder of the "geriatric Nurse Training Class" of Guangdong Nursing Society, and the project leader of the first group standard "Technical Specification for Home Nursing for the Elderly" of Guangdong Nursing Society。Presided over and participated in more than 10 provincial and national geriatric nursing related research projects, edited 4 nursing monographs, participated in the compilation of 10 textbooks and monographs, and published more than 20 papers as the first author and corresponding author。Won the 2020 national "Caring for the elderly and Helping the elderly model" and the Guangzhou Red Cross fifth Nightingale Outstanding nurse titles。
