He Jianghai, Associate professor, Vice president of Baseball Softball Branch and Dragon Boat Racing Branch of Chinese University Sports Association, senior coach of Chinese Swimming Association, national level referee of swimming and rowing。She received her bachelor's degree in physical education from Beijing Sport University in 1991 and her master's degree in Education management from Sun Yat-sen University in 2005。From 1991 to 1994, he taught at the Physical Education Department of Sun Yat-sen University，From 1995 to 1996, he was selected by the Ministry of Education and appointed to the Department of Sports of the Ministry of Education of Thailand as a coach of the National Youth swimming team，From 1996 to 2002, he was a physical education teacher and swimming coach at Anglo Chinese Junior College, Singapore, and also a swimming coach at the British International School, Singapore，From 2004 to 2015, Deputy Director of the Physical Education Department of Sun Yat-sen University and head of the Chinese side of the Huo Ying Sino-East University Sports Exchange Foundation，From 2006 to 2007, he was a visiting scholar at Springfield College, USA。He is currently the director of Sports Teaching Center of Guangzhou Nanfang University。
